iPhone 3G
Apple launched second generation of iPhone to international market of technology up to 22 countries at once. in the beginning, this series of iPhone 3G bundling along with iOS 2.0 version, however within few times the version of iOS 3.0 was released out.
The decision of the Apple assuming the hackers to upgrade by themselves, nowadays knows as Jail-breaking technique. improved on this series of iPhone were:
- Half amount product sales of iPhone 3G is bundled out with iOS 3.0 version
- Became the first smartphone geared by anti-scratched screen called Oleophobic ( recently known as Gorilla glass)
- Featured the Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR (enhanced data rate), to mobilizing speed data transfer up to 3Mbps, also within filtering and easy connect to another device.
- 3G data transfer supported and featuring the GPS on the phone.
- also capable to view dual-touch screen or more.
- more storage data and divided by two version, 8GB and 16GB
- Supported by Apps Store service, in case to add more application and games to be downloaded.
iPhone 3G S
This third generation is however claimed run faster than before. That is why its added letter "S" which mean Speed. beside pushing speed feature it had also add some new:
- Added the iOS 3.0 with digital compass
- just like the letter "S", this third generation had downloadable data rate up to 7.2 Mbps, twice faster than before.
- Storage capacity data up to 16 GB and 32 GB
- CMOS sensor had been upgraded to 3MP, built in image processor.
- Added Copy, Paste and Cut feature which applicable in text either image
- Tethering connection featured, in case to share with another handheld.
- New released feature, Find My iPhone to do ping processing handheld even in sleep mode
- Shake to Shuffle, go to next song list within only single shaking phone.
